Refund policy

At GrowCartEcom, all services are delivered digitally and require significant time,Ā 
expertise, and resources to execute. For this reason, the following policy applies:

CANCELLATIONS
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking a strategy call are fully refunded.
- Cancellations made after work has commenced are not eligible for a refund.
- If you wish to cancel an ongoing service, you must provide 7 days written noticeĀ 
Ā  via WhatsApp.

REFUNDS
- All service fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
- If you are unsatisfied with the deliverables, we offer revision rounds as outlinedĀ 
Ā  in your service agreement before any escalation.
- In exceptional circumstances, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-caseĀ 
Ā  basis at the sole discretion of GrowCartEcom.

DISPUTES
- We encourage all clients to reach out to us directly on WhatsApp before initiatingĀ 
Ā  any dispute with their payment provider. We are committed to resolving all issuesĀ 
Ā  fairly and promptly.
