related digital services. The scope of each project is agreed upon before work begins.

2. PAYMENT
Full or partial payment is required before work commences, as outlined in your 
service agreement. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, access to required accounts, 
and any content needed to complete the project. Delays caused by the client may 
affect delivery timelines.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Upon full payment, all deliverables created for the client become the client's 
property. GrowCartEcom retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless 
otherwise agreed in writing.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
GrowCartEcom is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages 
arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the 
amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through 
good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.

7. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our 
services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
